D6Pro is a digital entertainment brand operated by Movements Digital India Private Limited.
D6Pro may provide access to movies, songs, music videos, comedy shows, television series, live TV channels, devotional content, and other entertainment content.
This Revenue Sharing Policy describes the general principles under which revenue may be generated, allocated, and distributed to eligible content owners, publishers, broadcasters, and authorized content partners.
Revenue sharing is subject to applicable content rights, agreements, eligibility requirements, and the terms communicated by D6Pro.
Revenue sharing may be available to eligible:
Content owners and copyright holders.
Authorized publishers and content providers.
Broadcasters and television channel partners.
Music labels and other authorized music rights holders.
Production houses and entertainment content partners.

Eligibility does not arise merely because content is available through D6Pro.

D6Pro may request documentation to verify ownership, authorization, identity, payment details, or other information reasonably required to establish eligibility.
Depending on the services offered and applicable agreements, revenue may be generated through sources such as:
Advertising revenue.
Subscription revenue.
Content licensing arrangements.
Promotional or commercial partnerships.
Other monetization activities offered by D6Pro.
Not all content or content partners will necessarily participate in every revenue source.
The revenue applicable to a particular content partner will be determined by the relevant agreement or arrangement with D6Pro.
Revenue sharing may be calculated using agreed terms that may consider factors such as:
Content views or streams.
Eligible advertising impressions.
Subscription activity.
Content performance.
Agreed licensing or distribution terms.
Other mutually agreed commercial factors.
The applicable calculation method, revenue share percentage, eligible revenue sources, reporting method, and other financial terms will be specified in the relevant agreement or written arrangement between D6Pro and the eligible content partner.
D6Pro does not guarantee a fixed amount of revenue, a minimum number of views, or a particular financial return unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where revenue sharing is based on net revenue, the calculation may account for applicable deductions, including:
Advertising network or payment processing charges.
Applicable taxes.
Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks.
Contractually agreed distribution or operational deductions.
Other deductions expressly specified in the applicable agreement.
The applicable agreement will define the revenue calculation method and any permitted deductions.
Eligible content partners may receive revenue statements or reports in accordance with their applicable agreements.
Payment schedules, minimum payout thresholds, payment methods, currency, and reporting frequency will be specified in the relevant agreement or communicated by D6Pro.
Payments may be subject to verification of:
Content ownership or authorization.
Identity and business details.
Bank account or payment information.
Tax documentation.
Compliance with applicable agreements and requirements.
D6Pro may delay payment where required information is incomplete, payment details cannot be verified, or a legitimate dispute or compliance issue remains unresolved.
If a copyright claim, ownership dispute, licensing issue, or other rights-related concern arises concerning content participating in revenue sharing, D6Pro may take appropriate action.
Such action may include:
Temporarily restricting or removing the disputed content.
Suspending monetization of the disputed content.
Withholding revenue directly associated with the disputed content while the matter is reviewed.
Requesting supporting documents from the relevant parties.
Adjusting revenue allocations where required by the applicable agreement or a verified rights determination.
Revenue associated with disputed content will be handled in accordance with applicable agreements, rights, and legal requirements.
D6Pro does not guarantee payment of revenue associated with content where the relevant party's rights or authorization have not been established.
Content partners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to provide content to D6Pro and participate in any applicable revenue sharing arrangement.
A content partner must not submit or monetize content in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
D6Pro may request evidence of rights or authorization before making content available or distributing revenue.
D6Pro may update this Revenue Sharing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, monetization methods, business arrangements, or applicable legal requirements.
Where an individual agreement contains specific revenue sharing terms, those terms will govern the relevant arrangement to the extent applicable.
